The commitment of Replas México, is to produce recycled plastic materials through the pelletizing process fulfilling the requirements of our customers under the required regulations, through a quality management system in a process of continuous improvement.

Quality objectives:

* Improve production processes, reducing the internal rejection of contaminated pellets.

* Decrease the reworking material.

* Do not exceed the reduction of 1% against the processed.

* Ensure the competence and skill of the personnel involved in the realization of the product, maintaining efficiency at least 80%.

* Achieve the satisfaction of our customers.

* Maintain the machines in optimal conditions.
